Osmosis may happen if groundwater seeps through inexpensive polyester laminate and collects pressure and water between the pool’s structural layers. These bubbles eventually penetrate the fiberglass and polyester resin layers, jeopardizing the pool shell’s structural integrity.

Certified Quality Control

The first step in building a leisure pool is creating a basic conceptual drawing. Then, using this concept, our team of skilled carpenters creates a full-size wooden pool, off which a precise negative mold is cast.
Imagining the mold.
After that, the mold is wheeled through a number of stations in our climate-controlled manufacturing facility, where a group of fiberglass laminators surrounds it with a composite fiberglass pool shell using benchmarked standards.
Multiplying the design.
Batch testing of raw materials for tensile and flexural strength, cure percentages, barcoal hardness, burn and boil limits, and thickness inspections at precise locations on each manufactured shell are examples of quality control measures.
